1) General principles

• Respect fair play: no external advantages (bots, scripts, macros, edits, etc.).
• No personal exceptions: administration cannot verify relationships or “private agreements”.
• Ignoring the rules is not an excuse: “I didn’t know” is not a valid defense.
• Administration decides: in grey areas, server health and evidence come first.

2) Conduct and coexistence

• Forbidden: serious insults, threats, harassment, doxxing, hate speech, mass spam.
• Forbidden: impersonating staff/GM, spreading “fake” information, or intentional panic.
• No drama: personal disputes must not turn into global chat/Discord wars.
• Language: moderate trash talk is allowed; crossing into harassment/hate → sanction.

3) Cheats, bots and automation

• Forbidden: bots, scripts, clickers, auto-farm, auto-target, auto-potion, auto-skill, packet edit, etc.
• Forbidden: modifying the client to gain advantage (invisible textures, illegal zoom, etc.).
• Macros: only in-game macros are allowed, and only if they do not automate continuous farming.
• AFK farm: any form of progression “while not present” is considered automation.

4) Dualbox / Multibox HIGHLIGHTED

✅ Allowed

• 1 active account playing per person (HWID/IP based depending on the system).
• Offline shop / craft shop (character in offline store mode) while playing your main.
• Short logins (1 minute) to move items, as long as it is not “playing two characters at once”.

❌ Forbidden

• Main + buffer “only in town” for self-buffing.
• Main + healer / spoil / BD / SWS / any personal support.
• Fake parties controlled by a single person (even “just for rebuff”).
• Two active characters moving/fighting in a coordinated way under the same control.

Administration may apply automatic kicks, activity checks and progressive sanctions to preserve real parties and a healthy economy.

5) RMT / Sales and purchases HIGHLIGHTED

What is considered RMT?

• Selling or buying through PayPal, Bizum, bank transfers, cryptocurrencies or other external methods.
• Selling services for real money (powerleveling, epic boosts, access to zones, etc.).
• “Friend-to-friend” exchanges if there is any economic compensation outside the game.
• Direct or indirect RMT advertising in-game, Discord, forum or private messages (including “DM me”).

Player responsibility

Participating in RMT, even without visible advertising, may lead to sanctions if sufficient evidence exists.

6) Bugs, exploits and reports

• Forbidden: item duplication, skill glitches, bypassing barriers, entering blocked areas, etc.
• Mandatory: report relevant bugs through official channels (Discord/forum/ticket) with details.
• No reward for exploiting: gains obtained through bugs may be reverted or removed.

Important: the server is maintained with maximum care, but issues may exist. They are fixed by priority and severity.

7) Accounts, security and ownership

• Your account is your responsibility: do not share passwords, use strong credentials.
• Account sharing: sharing accounts may lead to problems (thefts, sanctions, conflicts). Support may be limited.
• Forbidden: attempting to access other players’ accounts, phishing, social engineering, etc.
• Impersonation: pretending to be staff/GM or another player → sanction.

8) Trade, scams and market

• In-game: trading is free, but deliberate scams (clear deceptive practices) may be sanctioned depending on the case and evidence.
• Forbidden: using misleading names to deceive (e.g. “GM_Elwyn” or similar).
• Chargebacks: if donations/shops exist, fraudulent reversals may result in account restrictions.

9) Support and claims

• What is handled: critical bugs, crashes, basic account issues (with evidence), cheat/exploit reports.
• What is NOT guaranteed: item recovery due to “I dropped it”, “I made a trade mistake”, “I got hacked after sharing my account”, “I was scammed externally”.
• Evidence: without screenshots/logs/character ID/approximate date, action may not be possible.

10) Sanctions and appeals

• Sanctions may include: warning, kick, jail, mute, rollback of gains, temporary ban or permanent ban.
• Repeated offenses lead to harsher sanctions.
• Administration may sanction without prior notice in severe cases (cheats, exploits, RMT).

11) Notices and limitations

• The server may adjust mechanics, rates or anti-abuse measures to protect stability.
• In case of maintenance or incidents, information will be shared through official channels when possible.
• These rules may be updated. The version published on the website is the valid one.
