Underground Coliseum: Blood & Honor
The shadows deepen over the secret fighting pits of Fantasy Isle. The Underground Coliseum Arena Manager calls upon the most hardened Constant Parties (CPs) of Elmoreden. This is not a chaotic battlefield, but a highly technical, ruthless race against time and death. Gather your finest allies and prepare to seize control of the pit.
The Arena Layout & Isolation Duels
When a match begins, both contesting parties do not start face-to-face in a standard group brawl. The system forces a brutal tactical isolation:
- Separated Gates & Random Matchups: Players are instantly teleported into separate, closed compartments facing the enemy. The arena mechanics split the party into randomized, isolated duels (such as 1v1 or even 2v1 advantages).
- Opening the Pit: The central gates leading to the main arena remain locked until blood is drawn. The moment a player dies in one of these isolated skirmishes, the system triggers, and the gates swing open permanently for the rest of the round. The team that secured the first kill can then rush into the central pit to strike the enemy's resurrection statue.
Battle Mechanics & Core Objectives
| Objective / Target | Strategic Value | Official Retail Mechanic |
|---|---|---|
| The Resurrection Statues | Infinite Respawn Point | Each team spawns with a dedicated Statue in the central arena. If you die, you instantly reappear right next to your team's statue. |
| Statue Destruction | Permanent Death Window | The ultimate priority. The first team to smash the enemy's statue completely cuts off their ability to resurrect. Anyone who dies after the statue falls is out for good. |
| 10-Minute Deathmatch | Survival Victory | If no statue is destroyed within the 10-minute time limit, the victory is decided by the overall kill count. Speed and aggression are mandatory. |
Survival & Stadium Control
The Underground Coliseum operates under strict competitive laws designed to reward teamwork and dominant execution:
- No Penalties: Just like Kratei's Cube, dying inside the Coliseum arena will not result in experience point loss or item drops.
- King of the Hill Rule: The winning party does not leave. They automatically retain control of the stadium, staying inside the pit to defend their crown and face the next registered challenger group in line.
- Party Composition: Due to the high tactical coordination required for statue defense and rushing, a minimum formation of 5 players in the same party is strictly mandatory to sign up.
Event Rewards & Glory (Retail Style)
- Official Reputation & Fame: Victorious parties are directly awarded Fame Points, crucial for high-end gear customization and clan status.
- Streak Rewards: The longer your formation holds the arena against incoming challengers, the higher the prestige and rewards gained during the event window.
REGISTRATION OPENS AT 22:20. MAKE SURE YOUR PARTY LEADER IS READY AT FANTASY ISLE IMMEDIATELY AFTER KRATEI'S CUBE.
